Class 3A Propane Driver - Temporary 6-Month Term

Position Overview

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) seeks a dedicated Class 3A Propane Driver for a temporary term of 6 months based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role offers hourly wages ranging from $29 to $35, determined by experience, with stable working hours and being home every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver propane safely and efficiently to customers across agricultural, commercial, and domestic sectors while maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, accurately track working hours, and report any issues through electronic log systems.
• Maintain company vehicles by overseeing preventative maintenance tasks and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all safety standards, company policies, regulations, and operational procedures to ensure safe work performance.

Team and Work Environment

You will be part of a collaborative team including other drivers and service technicians, reporting to the Propane Operations Supervisor. The team promotes a culture emphasizing safety, excellent customer service, and work-life balance.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least one year of professional driving experience; combinations of education and relevant experience may also qualify.
• Hold a valid Class 3A or Class 1A driver's license.
• Exhibit strong initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Be comfortable using computers and electronic logs for reporting and tracking.
• Capable of handling physically demanding tasks including lifting and maneuvering equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds.
