Key Responsibilities
- Verify the details of health insurance claims for cashless treatment cases.
- Upload and manage all necessary documents onto designated insurance portals promptly.
- Address queries related to claims and provide necessary clarifications or additional information.
- Track payment statuses and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely settlements.
- Perform reconciliation of payments received with bank statements to confirm accuracy.
