Role Overview
An established construction company is seeking a practical and detail-focused Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activity at active project sites. The role centers on keeping work on schedule, coordinating on-ground teams, and ensuring construction work meets plan and quality expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee routine operations at the construction site and keep work moving smoothly.
- Coordinate laborers and subcontracted teams so tasks are completed in an organized way.
- Check that execution follows approved drawings and project blueprints.
- Watch material consumption closely and reduce avoidable waste.
- Record daily site progress and maintain logs for ongoing work.
- Implement and monitor safety practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Follow project schedules, identify delays, and escalate timeline concerns.
- Review workmanship and incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on site experience in civil construction is required.
- Good working knowledge of construction techniques and field execution.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
Compensation
Monthly pay is in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
