Child Care Product Manager

Job Overview

This role involves leading the complete development and delivery process of digital solutions for the Child Care for All project based in Brooklyn, NY. The manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle starting from initial planning, research, launch, and continuous upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the creation and implementation of digital products and services from conception through to delivery and support.
• Manage collaborations with diverse teams comprising UX designers, technical engineers, business leaders, and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, aligning direction, priorities, and timelines with business objectives.
• Conduct research focused on users, analyze relevant data, and incorporate industry standards to address user challenges.
• Convert strategic business goals, user demands, and technical specs into actionable product blueprints.
• Craft user stories, define functional specs, and set criteria for feature acceptance.
• Organize and prioritize the product backlog and improvement requests to maximize business benefits and user experience.
• Establish and track product key performance indicators (KPIs) and success measures to evaluate outcomes.
• Promote ongoing enhancements driven by data insights and best software development lifecycle practices.
• Maintain effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication between all teams involved.
• Oversee multiple digital products concurrently within a hybrid working model situated in Brooklyn.
