Chief Technology Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technology vision and foster innovation company-wide. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive background in technology management and a demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals. The role is based in Singapore and requires full-time, office-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate emerging technological trends, transforming them into tangible benefits for clients.
• Lead strategic dialogues and innovation sessions with clients to explore opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive multi-year transformation plans.
• Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design effective solutions.
• Contribute strategically to proposals, contract renewals, and account planning.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
• Relay client insights and feedback to internal business units to refine offerings.
• Oversee governance for strategy and innovation programs within the organization.
• Offer a unified perspective of the client across all business units.
• Serve as the principal technical authority and strategic consultant to client leadership, including C-suite executives.
• Lead the creation of complex, customized solutions that meet client requirements, align with company offerings, and incorporate leading-edge technologies.
• Drive client-facing strategic and innovation engagements, including executive briefings, technology workshops, and roadmap planning sessions that align business priorities with emerging technology capabilities.
• Foster enduring client partnerships and identify opportunities to broaden service portfolios.

• Build influential relationships across client organizations to secure strategic involvement.
• Work collaboratively with Client Executives, Delivery Executives, and Security Officers to ensure unified leadership.

• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and ongoing enhancement.
• Facilitate executive-level strategy discussions, innovation forums, and technology workshops linking new technologies with client priorities and long-term transformation objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in technology leadership positions.
• Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives and fostering innovation.
• Strong business acumen with experience influencing large-scale contract negotiations.
• Adept at engaging and influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise technology landscapes.
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT architecture, CTO roles, or innovation leadership—preferably in Cloud Applications, Infrastructure, or Digital Workplace sectors.
• Expertise in Digital Workplace technologies or cloud platforms/infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, with the ability to articulate technology benefits in business terms.
• Demonstrated ability in pre-sales solution design, consultative selling, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience serving as the technical lead for major technology deployments or programs.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts as clear business value.
