Role overview
PT. Total Safety Energy is hiring a full-time remote Chief Product Officer to own the company’s product direction across the full portfolio. This senior leader will shape product vision, set strategy, and make sure every product decision supports customer needs, safety expectations, and business priorities.
What you will do
You will oversee the complete product lifecycle, from early discovery and roadmap design through launch, continuous improvement, and end-of-life decisions. The role requires close partnership with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing so that product plans are well aligned across the business.
On a day-to-day basis, you will prioritize initiatives, review performance data, use insights to guide decisions, and help teams navigate complex trade-offs. You will also coach product leaders, define effective product practices, and build a strong product-focused mindset throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in product strategy and product management, including shaping vision and managing roadmaps.
- Strong project management ability, with hands-on experience in planning, execution, risk handling, and delivery in demanding environments.
- Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional groups, with the ability to align and inspire different stakeholders.
- Substantial background in senior product leadership, preferably in energy, safety, industrial, or technology-led businesses.
- Comfort using data and analytics to judge performance and improve customer and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive and board-level audiences.
- Experience scaling product organizations through hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers and leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience leading or collaborating with distributed remote teams, along with strong organization and time management skills.
