Role Overview

We are looking for a strategically minded and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and expand the operations of our Junior Colleges. This senior leadership role entails ensuring superior academic standards, optimizing operational performance, and fostering sustainable growth across various campuses, all while aligning closely with the organization's vision and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive academic and operational functions across all junior college locations.
• Enhance student achievement, increase admissions, and improve overall institutional results.
• Develop, execute, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both academic and administrative activities.
• Assess and elevate faculty quality, academic delivery, and student success indicators.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Work alongside marketing and admissions teams to boost enrollments and conversion rates.
• Utilize management information systems, analytics, and dashboards to guide decision-making.
• Ensure full adherence to educational regulations, board requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead, coach, and manage principals, academic leaders, and operational staff at multiple campuses.
• Identify opportunities for growth, devise expansion plans, and implement continual process enhancements.
