Role Overview
Operating from the London area with options for remote work, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will spearhead the strategic vision, operational oversight, and growth initiatives of the company. This leadership role encompasses directing business planning, financial management, partnership cultivation, sales strategy development, and alignment of organizational goals with the mission to revolutionize the digital tipping sector.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Extensive experience in finance and operations management to maintain organizational fiscal health and effective resource utilization.
- Strong expertise in both business and strategic planning to realize immediate objectives and long-term ambitions.
- Proven success in sales development and establishing productive business partnerships aimed at revenue enhancement and market reach.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, communication skills, and sound decision-making to guide a dynamic team and engage key stakeholders.
- Experience within technology or hospitality industries considered highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with leading hybrid or remote teams is preferred.
