Arisa Health, a prominent behavioral healthcare organization based in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking a dedicated and visionary President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its next phase of growth and modernization. This leadership role involves steering the organization through operational transformation, fostering a unified and strong culture, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and expansion of the organization's mission-driven impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to define and implement strategic direction for Arisa Health.
• Lead and guide the Executive Leadership Team towards achieving organizational goals.
• Maintain superior operational standards, ensuring quality care, compliance with regulations, and prudent financial management.
• Drive modernization efforts, particularly in service delivery models and revenue cycle processes.
• Promote and cultivate a cohesive workplace culture to increase employee engagement and leadership development.
• Act as the public face of the organization, representing Arisa Health in external affairs.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Arkansas legislators, state agencies, payers, advocacy groups, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Behavioral Health, or a related discipline.
• Have at least five years of growing leadership responsibilities at the executive or senior management level within healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit administration, or similar fields.
• Preferred experience includes managing multi-site healthcare operations, leading organizational change initiatives, and modernizing revenue and healthcare policies.
• Expertise with behavioral health practices, Medicaid/Medicare programs, CARF accreditation, healthcare policy, and financial stewardship is desirable.
• Deep understanding of Arkansas's behavioral healthcare system, including Medicaid, regulatory frameworks, funding, and state-level government processes, is highly valued.
• Previous collaboration with Arkansas healthcare entities, state agencies, or community partners is an advantage; candidates from outside the state should demonstrate capacity to quickly grasp local healthcare dynamics and build efficient partnerships.
