Chatbot Developer

Role Overview

We seek a Chatbot Developer with extensive experience in designing and building complex chatbot solutions, including conversational flow management and natural language processing (NLP) training. This position requires strong programming skills in Node.js or Python, especially in API integration and complex logic implementation, alongside best practices for code optimization and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop sophisticated chatbots by managing intricate conversational flows and training NLP models effectively.
• Utilize Node.js or Python for API integrations, logic handling, and conduct impact analysis.
• Ensure code efficiency through optimization, adhere to development standards, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Understand voice bot technology including platform integrations, bot training, and its effects on performance.
• Design multilingual bots, manage deployment and integration across multiple channels while assessing implementation advantages and limitations.
• Implement agent handover scenarios integrated with customer relationship management (CRM) modules such as Salesforce and RingCentral.
• Hold at least one certification in conversational AI platforms like Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.
• Analyze complex technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and maintain continuous learning to stay abreast of evolving technologies and industry practices.
• Participate in Agile software development processes, contribute to iterative development cycles, and utilize JIRA or similar project management tools for issue tracking and team collaboration.
• Availability to work in shift hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
