Role Overview
We are searching for adept Change Managers to become part of our Enterprise Solutions and Technology division. This position requires steering the execution of organizational, cultural, and technological transformation projects in line with the Enterprise Change Management framework of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Key Duties
The successful candidate will evaluate the effects of change, formulate and execute change management strategies by determining how individuals will be affected, plotting the comprehensive change trajectories, and organizing steps to embed initiatives into regular operations.
Developing robust stakeholder partnerships, offering strategic counsel, simplifying complex changes into understandable communications, and fostering adoption to shape outcomes and overcome obstacles are essential responsibilities.
Continuous Improvement and Culture
The role also entails aiding the ongoing enhancement of change management procedures and bolstering capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to nurture a resilient and flexible organizational culture.
Additional Information
Positions may be offered on either a permanent or fixed-term basis across multiple locations including Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville, or Wollongong.
