Role Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen functions to ensure smooth service and consistently produce dishes that meet Lua’s high à la carte standards.

• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create precise, efficient, and innovative meals, even in high-pressure service demands.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized, capable of managing preparation and workflows within a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Previous seafood culinary experience is advantageous.
• Remain composed and focused under pressure, especially during peak or time-critical periods.
• Experience working under stringent deadlines without compromising consistency, quality, or presentation.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
