Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dependable cashier who will serve as the primary customer contact point at our Takhasussi Street location. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional service by accurately managing transactions and assisting customers in selecting products suited to their dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly with professionalism.
• Process orders precisely using the POS system.
• Manage cash, card, and digital payments, ensuring the accuracy of transaction records.
• Provide receipts and reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
• Respond to customer queries about bakery items, including keto and gluten-free choices.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Replenish front counter stock, packaging, and other customer-facing materials as needed.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to maintain efficient daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company standards concerning hygiene, food safety, and cash handling policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi national with a friendly demeanor and strong customer service aptitude.
• Good verbal communication and professional interaction skills.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a busy retail or bakery setting.

• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
