Cart Attendant

Job Summary

As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for customers visiting the store. Your main tasks will include retrieving shopping carts from the parking area, utilizing equipment to transport carts inside the store, and ensuring that all carts are clean and sanitary. This position requires a positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Work Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage mandated by location.
• Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and situational premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on work schedule, location, seasonality, or specific duties performed; multiple premiums may be applicable simultaneously.
• Work shifts are available during mid-shift and closing hours.
• Employment is full-time and onsite at Walmart Supercenter #1275, located at 2440 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052.
