Role Overview

We seek a competent Carpenter Foreman who combines hands-on carpentry expertise with effective site management capabilities to oversee and perform various carpentry tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead and direct carpentry teams and other site workers.
• Carry out carpentry duties including installation, finishing touches, and repairs.
• Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately to guide work.
• Ensure all work meets established quality benchmarks and is delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders for coordinated efforts.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce discipline on the worksite.
• Track usage of materials and communicate supply needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory nationality as per job conditions.
• Demonstrable prior experience as a Foreman, Carpenter, or versatile all-rounder in site work.
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and site operations.
• Ability to independently read and implement work from drawings.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with effective communication skills.
• Physically capable of handling demanding onsite duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior fit-out or construction project environments.
