Role Overview

This full-time position based in Doha, Qatar involves hands-on caregiving duties. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting clients' physical and emotional conditions, following prescribed care plans, and supporting health and safety protocols. The role promotes client companionship, encourages independence when feasible, and requires collaboration with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Light housekeeping related to client care and strict adherence to company policies and infection control guidelines are also expected.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering personal care, supporting daily living activities, and assisting with basic mobility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities with clients and their families.
• Capability to follow care instructions, observe and document health changes accurately.
• Understanding of hygiene practices, safety measures, and infection control applicable in home or residential care.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for clients’ dignity and cultural differences.
• Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing aide, or home health aide is preferred; specific expertise in newborn or elderly care is advantageous.
• Relevant professional certification or training in caregiving preferred; willingness to undertake training if required.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Doha, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Basic proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is beneficial.
