Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-campus opportunity for a Career Counsellor at Unison World School in Dehradun. The selected candidate will support students with academic, personal, and career planning, helping them make informed decisions about higher education and future pathways.

Key Duties

The role involves individual counselling, career assessment, and guidance on college preparation. The counsellor will also run workshops on practical life skills such as interview preparation and resume building, while working closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to support each student’s development and transition after school.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should hold a graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in career counselling is required. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential, along with familiarity with educational and career resources, student guidance, and a solid understanding of different career options.
