About the Role

Enmaa is seeking an experienced Career Advisor to work with a remote team focused on helping seasoned professionals secure roles that match their ambitions. The position centers on guiding clients through the full job search journey, from profile shaping to ongoing application strategy, using structured recruitment know-how and personalized support.

The company’s recruitment method and internal systems have already contributed to many successful career outcomes, and the objective is to extend that impact significantly in 2026.

What You’ll Do

• Study different industries and professional areas to prepare clear reference briefs for internal use.
• Run detailed onboarding conversations to understand each client’s background, experience, and career direction.
• Recommend appropriate job titles and role options that fit a client’s profile and goals.
• Design CV structure and messaging so it aligns with target positions.
• Create customized interview preparation plans for individual clients.
• Speak with recruiters in different sectors to collect practical insights about roles and hiring expectations.
• Map out daily job application plans across multiple platforms for clients.
• Review client application progress and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Handle objections and concerns in a way that supports positive client outcomes.
• Meet with clients who are struggling and help refine their career strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep the client journey smooth and coordinated.
• Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should bring at least one year of experience in recruitment, career guidance, or a closely related field. The role calls for solid knowledge of career coaching, hiring practices, and HR processes, along with strong client-handling capabilities.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly in both spoken and written form, is fluent in English and Arabic, and can move easily between the two languages. A strong personality, quick decision-making ability, close attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are important. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with digital tools, adaptable to shifting priorities, reliable with deadlines, and committed to continuous improvement.
