Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Procure and source transportation, logistics, and operational services aligned with business requirements.
• Scout for, assess, and integrate new service providers and transport vendors into the supplier base.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing, service agreements, payment terms, and contracts to realize cost efficiency.
• Handle processes related to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, bid analysis, and the selection of suppliers.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with vendors and transport service providers.
• Track supplier performance metrics, service quality, delivery deadlines, and compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate internally to gather procurement needs and ensure timely service provision.
• Generate purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement data, and ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
