About the Role
Tommy Bahama is hiring a Busser/Food Runner for its Sandestin, FL location. The team focuses on creating a relaxed, welcoming hospitality experience while supporting the growth of the brand’s restaurant business across the country. What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping every guest feel comfortable and welcomed by delivering a warm, island-inspired experience
- Maintaining working knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Following hospitality standards and keeping tables maintained to the required level of service
- Working closely with the team to support strong sales and smooth service
- Contributing to a clean, safe, professional, and positive restaurant atmosphere
Physical and Scheduling Requirements
- Able to lift or carry up to about 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling are part of the role
- Must be able to remain standing throughout the shift
- Should be comfortable using equipment such as a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other provided tools
- Work schedules are assigned based on business needs
