Business / System Analyst

Overview

The Business/System Analyst will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical team, interpreting requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the delivered system aligns with the organization’s goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and confirm business requirements adhering to industry best practices.
• Evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with development teams to convert requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Create business process models, workflows, and system use cases to support project development.
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment to verify requirements fulfillment.
• Serve as an intermediary between technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis roles.
• Proficient in techniques for requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling.
• Applicants must currently reside in Qatar.

Preferred Certifications

• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA
• Certification in Agile Analysis
