About the Role

Join Snoonu as a Business Performance Analyst and take charge of creating and maintaining the data framework that provides clear insights into company performance. Your role will empower informed decision-making and steer the business strategically across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and sustain live dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee cross-department performance tracking.
• Evaluate the success of implemented initiatives by measuring results.
• Ensure data consistency by establishing a unified source of truth for all reports.
• Create analytical models focused on funnel efficiency, cohort behaviors, and revenue patterns.
• Support advanced data analysis to guide business choices.
• Automate routine reporting workflows to enhance timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain high data governance standards, ensuring reliability and clarity of all KPIs across teams.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visual dashboard tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
