Role Overview
The Business Manager for Personal Loans is tasked with spearheading the expansion, profitability, and overall success of the Personal Loans segment. This position demands the creation and execution of comprehensive business strategies, sustained oversight of product performance, and the pursuit of growth opportunities, while maintaining stringent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Personal Loans portfolio, focusing on growth metrics, profitability, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality.
- Formulate and implement strategies to boost loan disbursement volumes, revenue streams, and market penetration.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including disbursal rates, approval ratios, conversion rates, quality of portfolio, customer acquisition costs, and overall profitability.
- Collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams across Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to enhance customer experience and optimize business results.
- Discover and target new customer segments, establish partnerships, and explore novel distribution avenues for business expansion.
- Lead digital customer acquisition programs and refine customer journey processes for both online and assisted service channels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviors, market developments, and competitive landscapes to recommend actionable business enhancements.
