Job Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with the manager and business partners to build and enhance advanced analytics solutions that empower organizational decision-making. Your expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-driven tools will be key to transforming data into valuable insights and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with cross-departmental business stakeholders to capture needs and deliver insightful Power BI dashboards and reports reflecting critical KPIs.
• Create, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performing data models within Power BI.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric components like Dataflows, pipelines, and Lakehouse to collect, integrate, and transform data.
• Combine multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, and APIs ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout.
• Apply artificial intelligence and advanced analytics features including Copilot and automation to enhance insight generation and simplify analytical processes.
• Constantly refine Power BI report and model performance and automate reporting tasks whenever practical.
• Assist users and analysts in adopting Power BI and related analytical solutions and maintain thorough technical and functional documentation of developed tools.
• Participate in implementing data governance, sharing best practices, and advancing innovative business intelligence and analytics technologies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or closely related fields.
• A solid grasp of data modeling techniques, contemporary data architectures such as Lakehouse and ETL/ELT workflows, along with data warehouse frameworks.
• Strong analytical aptitude to interpret complex business demands and innovate effective analytic solutions with creativity.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, autonomy, precision, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft BI stack and cloud platforms including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, with expertise in Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and familiar with collaborative digital platforms and AI tools like Copilot, with a quick learning ability for new technologies.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication in each language.
