ANN significantly reduces time-to-hire while ensuring human oversight and enterprise-level security.
Role Overview
We seek Business Development Specialists for freelance or flexible roles aimed at expanding our presence across various regions. This position suits individuals enthusiastic about AI, HR technology, and staffing services who excel at building client relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will serve as a representative for ProSapiens HR and ANN within your network or target area, identifying prospects and aiding client acquisition through a performance-oriented model.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect and establish connections with potential clients, such as recruitment firms, HR executives, startups, and large businesses.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate ProSapiens HR offerings and ANN's AI recruitment capabilities via virtual meetings or demos.
- Develop, nurture, and convert leads into viable business deals.
- Collaborate closely with the core team to define sales tactics and expand market reach.
- Maintain continuous client communication and relationship management.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in HR staffing, HR consulting, B2B SaaS, HR technology, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment solutions sales.
- Track record of effective lead generation, client onboarding, and successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication and presentation talents.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a preference for remote work environments.
- Background in recruitment or talent acquisition solutions is highly valuable.
Engagement Details
- Flexible working hours with remote or work-from-anywhere options.
- Compensation is on a commission basis, incentivized by performance.
- Full-time and on-site arrangements are preferred but flexible.
