About the Role
Join Club Feast, an expanding startup revolutionizing food delivery and actively supporting local and minority-owned restaurants. We seek a dynamic Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to lead outbound cold outreach and schedule appointments. Your mission will involve identifying prospective partners, presenting Club Feast's offerings, and arranging meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Make proactive cold calls to potential businesses across sectors to introduce Club Feast.
- Arrange qualified meetings and product demos with Account Executives.
- Generate leads using phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Customize communications based on client requirements and industry specifics.
- Document all sales activities and prospects meticulously in the HubSpot CRM.
- Engage in ongoing coaching and mentorship aimed at transitioning into closing roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in outbound sales roles such as cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
- Track record of successfully booking meetings and achieving sales activity goals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Capable of disciplined, organized, and reliable work from a remote setting aligned to US working hours.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable customer relationship management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales dialer systems, outreach tools, or handling high-volume calling is advantageous.
