About the Role
We Are Legal Revolution is a prominent professional services firm seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio focused on the legal, technology, and accounting industries. The role involves managing inbound and historical leads to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Securing new clients from law, tech, and accounting sectors.
- Employing proactive calling and digital outreach strategies to identify opportunities.
- Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through regular weekly meetings ensuring client satisfaction and account growth.
- Conducting cold outreach and converting warm leads to signed business deals.
- Organizing and facilitating client meetings with effective follow-up procedures.
- Promoting candidates to client companies.
- Revitalizing prospects using a comprehensive database of past leads.
- Contributing significantly to business expansion in the US region.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly base salary ranging from 30000 to 40000 RAND, contingent on experience.
- Generous bonus plan with on-target earnings (OTE) upwards of 100000 RAND monthly.
- Daily training sessions to support professional development.
- Access to inbound leads and historic client databases for balanced prospecting.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated business development success, preferably in recruitment or similar B2B fields.
- Excellent communication skills to quickly establish robust client relationships.
- Experience in managing client interactions from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Comfortable with intensive outbound calling and digital promotional activities.
- Highly results-oriented with a strong drive to attain and surpass goals.
- Self-starting, energetic, and well-organized individual.
- Accepts the requirement to work USA business hours, specifically from 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM UK time.

Work Hours: Aligned with USA hours - 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM UK time. This role is based onsite in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.
