Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new clients in existing or emerging markets, without responsibility for maintaining or expanding business with current accounts. This position drives growth across six Southeast Asian countries, especially within the semiconductor, medical, data center, and clean energy industries. Experience managing teams is considered an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business accounts within assigned geographic or product areas.
• Engage with potential customers and build meaningful client relationships.
• Maintain and cultivate a reliable pipeline fostering continual new business opportunities.
• Assess client requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
• Innovate and enhance sales capabilities and deepen knowledge of company offerings and customers.
• Seek and implement efficiency improvements such as distributor dashboards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on planning and time management to meet targets.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and personal integrity.
• Accountable for reaching defined goals and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills to interact successfully with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
