Position Summary

This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai calls for a Business Development Manager to spearhead new growth avenues, foster and nurture client relationships, and bolster brand presence among architects, designers, and contractors. Responsibilities include promoting Arteco’s product portfolio through specified and repeat specifications, driving overall sales expansion, and supervising the outdoor sales team.

Key Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven skills in business development, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication proficiency.
• Industry experience in building materials or construction sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of porcelain ceramics, mosaics, sanitary wares, and roofing tiles.
• Competence in analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to represent the company at design-related events and exhibitions.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
