Job Summary
Vistas Global is hiring an experienced leader in Financial Institutions Coverage to expand cross-sell activity and business development across a portfolio of FI clients, with emphasis on Turkey and Egypt. The position is centered on building stronger client relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and improving product penetration across lending, global transaction banking, cash management, and global markets offerings.
The role partners closely with relationship management, product, operations, risk, and other internal teams to grow wallet share, strengthen client engagement, and support steady commercial growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and run coverage plans for Financial Institutions clients in Turkey and Egypt.
- Maintain and deepen strategic relationships with existing FI customers.
- Spot opportunities to expand engagement and increase share of wallet.
- Support growth through proactive account management and client development.
- Create and execute cross-sell plans across multiple banking solutions.
- Raise product penetration through lending, GTB, cash management, and global markets products.
- Identify additional business within the current client base.
- Contribute to revenue growth through broader product adoption and close cross-functional coordination.
- Promote and position solutions across corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury, foreign exchange, global markets products, and transaction banking services.
- Work with product specialists to shape solutions tailored to client needs.
- Refine product offerings using client feedback and market developments.
- Support improvements in onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and client monitoring processes.
- Help streamline operating workflows and improve the overall client experience.
- Work with relationship managers, product teams, operations, risk and compliance, credit, treasury, and global markets stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Review market opportunities across Turkey and Egypt and track emerging needs and trends.
- Support market expansion planning and, where needed, new client acquisition efforts.
- Track portfolio performance, profitability, cross-sell results, and revenue trends.
- Prepare business updates, performance reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs linked to client penetration and product usage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal banking policies.
- Support KYC, AML, and broader compliance processes.
- Work with risk and compliance teams to maintain sound business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of banking experience.
- Strong background in Financial Institutions coverage.
- Hands-on experience in corporate banking, global transaction banking, global markets, lending, and cash management.
- Proven track record of cross-selling and driving revenue growth.
- Exposure to banking markets in Turkey and/or Egypt is highly preferred.
- Experience with client onboarding, operating model transformation, or client lifecycle management is required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
