Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in Ropeways to join our team based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves crafting and executing strategies aimed at meeting organizational goals and revenue benchmarks within the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive business development strategies to meet company objectives and financial targets.
- Spot and pursue new business avenues, establish partnerships, and foster collaborations to strengthen market footprint.
- Take charge of negotiating and finalizing contracts and business agreements.
- Perform comprehensive market research to gauge trends, competitors, and client requirements.
- Build and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and mentor the business development team for optimal performance.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.
- Compile and deliver business development progress reports to higher management.
- Keep abreast of industry changes and regulations to promote innovation and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background including Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, along with an engineering degree.
- Proven work experience spanning 5 to 8 years in the infrastructure sector, specifically in ports, airports, roads, power, or ropeways.
