Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying fresh business avenues, nurturing client partnerships, generating leads, and consistently meeting sales goals. Coordination with internal departments to uphold customer satisfaction is essential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business prospects to drive company growth.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Lead generation and diligent follow-up with potential customers.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and overall company objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams ensuring client needs and satisfaction are met.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹21,000 with additional incentives upon target achievement.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, and Punjabi is required to communicate effectively within diverse markets.
