Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Business Development Executives (BDE) and Senior BDEs to join our team. Candidates will generate appointments and leads to meet business owners and promote Just Dial's digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business owners through self-generated leads and appointments.
- Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate digital solutions.
- Professional presentation of Just Dial's offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and enhance customer success.
- Assist businesses in improving their online visibility and presence.
Requirements
- Effective communication and persuasive selling abilities.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Open to freshers and experienced individuals alike.
- Basic understanding of Android or mobile applications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 28,000 to 41,000 INR inclusive of incentives and bonus.

- Gratuity benefits offered.
Additional Details
- Annual salary between 3 to 4.4 lakh INR approximately, plus incentives and additional bonuses.
