About the role
Weskill Edutech Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support its growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive fresher who is confident in English communication, comfortable with negotiation, and able to generate leads effectively.
What you will do
- Find and pursue new business prospects through multiple channels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Research the market to spot industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute growth-focused strategies.
- Create and present engaging presentations that highlight the company’s offerings.
- Track sales results and identify areas where performance can be improved.
- Keep up with market changes and competitor moves to stay competitive.

Requirements
- Strong command of English is required.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000.
