Business Developer - Mining & Industrial Minerals

Position Overview

United Mining Company is actively searching for an experienced Business Developer to spearhead growth initiatives, cultivate new business prospects, and establish key strategic partnerships in the mining and industrial minerals industry based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Professional Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or similar disciplines is mandatory.
• Advanced education such as a master's degree or an MBA is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years’ proven experience in business development or industrial sales.
• Industry-specific experience in mining, industrial minerals, raw materials, or related sectors is essential.
• Preference given to professionals with experience in Calcium Carbonate or Barite products.
• Holding professional certifications like APMP, CIM, CMI, or comparable recognized qualifications is advantageous.
• Robust commercial acumen paired with negotiation, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
• Fluency in English language is required.

Applicants should possess a strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within the industry and demonstrate a track record of driving business expansion. This position requires working onsite in Riyadh.
