About the Role
We are seeking Business Associates to manage back-office operations by addressing and resolving customer complaints received via email. The role demands ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have completed a graduation in any field or hold a 3-year diploma after 12th grade.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,500 to ₹16,500, depending on interview performance and prior experience. Additional allowances and performance-based incentives are provided.
Training Information
Selected candidates will undergo a training period of approximately 21 to 25 days (around 3 weeks). A stipend of ₹381 per working day is offered during this training.
Working Hours and Shift Details
- A 9-hour shift comprising 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break.
- The schedule follows rotational shifts with weekly offs rotating accordingly.
- Female employees will have rotational day shifts within the window of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Male employees will operate on both day and night rotational shifts, with applicable night shift allowances.
