About the Role
Bally’s Intralot is a prominent provider specializing in lottery, iLottery, sports betting, and digital gaming solutions, serving regulated gaming organizations in the US and internationally. Combining Bally’s digital gaming expertise with INTRALOT’s longstanding experience in secure lottery technology and operations, the company delivers a broad range of innovative gaming solutions.
The Business Analyst position plays a vital role in the successful implementation of the OLG Program by acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, customer representatives, delivery teams, and technical resources. This role is responsible for collecting and defining business requirements, confirming customer needs, supporting the design of solutions, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring solutions meet the business goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with OLG stakeholders, business users, and project teams to identify, analyze, and confirm business requirements.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to elicit requirements effectively.
- Convert business objectives and operational needs into thorough, clear, and actionable functional requirements.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure both business and development teams fully understand requirements.
- Assist in solution design by clarifying requirements and resolving uncertainties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain tracking of requirements and verify alignment between customer expectations and delivered functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases based on approved business and functional requirements.
- Assist in preparing and validating testing environments.
- Conduct and support various testing phases including System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing, and deployment validations.
- Confirm delivered solutions satisfy approved requirements and customer expectations.
- Document and track defects until resolution, coordinating with development teams on identifying issues and validating fixes.
- Support customer testing activities and provide assistance during acceptance phases.
- Offer recommendations on solution readiness, quality, and overall implementation preparedness.
- Coordinate delivery teams and customer stakeholders during all implementation stages.
- Facilitate customer workshops, requirements reviews, solution demonstrations, and testing processes.
- Communicate customer priorities, feedback, and expectations to delivery teams clearly.
- Support deployment planning, implementation readiness, and operational transitions.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with customer and project team members.
- Drive improvements in business analysis methods, testing approaches, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Gather lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to recommend enhancements improving delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years’ experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis, software implementation, or related fields.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale, customer-focused technology implementation programs.
- Skilled at gathering, documenting, and validating both business and functional requirements.
- Experienced in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing and customer-facing program implementations.
- Familiarity working within matrix organizations and global delivery environments.
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholder groups across business and technical domains.
- Experience in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector, or critical transaction systems is an advantage.

- Up-to-date awareness of emerging technologies and their application to client solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise application delivery infrastructures and production support procedures.

- Candidates must have valid identity and employment eligibility documentation for Canada.
- Passing all required background checks and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the relevant Provincial Lottery is mandatory.

- Ability to travel within Ontario as necessary.
- Capacity to support testing, deployment, and implementation activities beyond regular working hours when required.
