Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Business Analyst to join our expanding team based in the United States. This position is excellent for candidates who have a keen interest in enhancing business processes, making decisions based on data, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and clearly document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Conduct gap and workflow analyses and lead process improvement projects.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum rituals including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
• Create process flow charts, wireframes, and comprehensive business documentation.
• Analyze business-related data and compile reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure that implemented business solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• Experience ranging from zero up to three years in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, or similar fields.
• Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Exceptional skills in documentation, presentations, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques.
• SQL programming.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking.
• Understanding of Agile framework and Scrum methodology.
• Competence in Microsoft Visio for diagramming.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
• Expertise in Requirements Gathering processes.
