Business Analyst

Position Overview

The Business Analyst will play a vital role in the deployment and implementation of Digital Collaboration Platform projects. This position involves designing functional specifications, configuring systems to meet user requirements, conducting thorough testing processes, and overseeing the launch of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform following established delivery standards tailored to user needs.
• Leading sessions to gather business requirements and facilitating design workshops with clients to understand and document their needs using consulting methodologies.
• Ensuring all system configurations and related deliverables are complete, precise, and endorsed by clients.
• Configuring and validating production environments aligned with approved solution designs, including managing data imports and training key users.
• Participating actively in various testing stages such as user acceptance, unit, and system integration testing at client locations when needed.
• Spotting deficiencies in customer data quality or quantity and ensuring data formats comply with specifications, handling test uploads, error log reviews, and problem resolution.
• Supporting planning activities related to test-to-production transitions and system migrations.
• Advancing product expertise through self-directed learning, participation in meetings, and engagements in projects.
• Being accountable for deliverables and project milestones, communicating proactively with project managers on progress.
• Establishing productive professional relationships with clients, management, and teammates to ensure solution delivery while supporting business development and personal career growth.
• Enhancing team motivation and productivity through effective communication and collaboration in pursuit of project goals.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior exposure to SQL and JavaScript technologies is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-moving work environment.
• Strong analytical capacity and critical thinking skills.
• Possesses high standards for documentation, presentations, project methodology, and work ethics.
