Business Analyst - Payments

Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Payments to join a leading firm in Noida. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in both international and domestic payment processing systems within interbank payment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers, primarily bank personnel, to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Understanding and mapping business needs to the TCS BaNCS product capabilities.
• Implementing TCS BaNCS solutions within client environments effectively.
• Collaborating with product development teams to assess and validate expected product functionalities and enhancements.
• Developing thought leadership materials and innovative payment solutions, including AI applications in payments.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of TCS BaNCS solutions to clients and prospects.
• Monitoring regulatory and market standard changes in payment systems and converting these into actionable business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive understanding of payments processing, covering international and domestic clearing systems such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, BACS, NACH, NACHA, FPS, CHAPS, SIC, CBPR+ and similar schemes.
• Proficient knowledge of ISO 20022 payment standards is a crucial requirement.
• Familiarity with various payment product schemes, such as Real Time Payments, Credit Transfers, Bill Payments, Direct Debits; experience with Credit/Debit Card payments is not mandatory.
• Previous work experience in payments processing within banking institutions or payment product companies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Competency in drafting detailed business requirements and solution specification documents.
