Business Analyst - Hubspot Implementation

About the Role

A leading Irish SaaS company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major transformation initiative. This project encompasses the deployment of a new enterprise CRM and Business Intelligence platform, aiming to enhance data management and utilization across the organization. The successful candidate will operate in a complex, multi-departmental environment, quickly assimilate business operations, and bring clarity and structure to ongoing changes. Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, and Engineering teams is essential to ensure comprehensive representation throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business analysis phase, from initial discovery through to solution delivery.
• Forge and maintain strong connections with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
• Evaluate current processes and develop pragmatic future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear, ranked deliverables for internal teams and external collaborators.
• Critically assess existing procedures and propose simplification, standardization, or automation opportunities.
• Ensure the CRM platform accommodates the entire customer journey and meets cross-functional requirements.
• Define organizational needs for management information systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards, and consistent definitions.
• Support activities around data migration, system integration, reconciliation, and validation efforts.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and prepare end-users for new system implementations and process changes.
• Maintain alignment among business expectations, technical developments, and overall programme goals.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive business analysis experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Practical knowledge and involvement in delivering enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops, conducting process analysis, and managing requirements.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse business functions.
• Familiarity with BI, reporting, or analytics enhancement projects.
• Understanding of data migration, system integration, data governance, and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in supporting testing phases, user readiness, training, and adoption strategies.
• Capability to challenge stakeholders constructively, balance competing demands, and maintain business-value focus.
• Background in SaaS or tech-driven environments and knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or end-to-end customer lifecycle processes is a plus.

Additional Information

This critical role offers significant influence over the company's operational future and direct interaction with senior executives. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring one day onsite per week.
