Business Analyst - Automation

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Automation to enhance and streamline business operations through automation technologies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop automated solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business workflows comprehensively.
• Identify prospects for automation and workflow enhancements.
• Gather and clearly document business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Develop or support automation solutions primarily using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Automate solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams platforms.
• Create detailed reports evidencing process improvements such as cycle time reductions and error minimization.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in process improvement roles.
• Practical, hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration techniques.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries and programming in Python.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Additional Expertise

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies are advantageous.
