About the Role
The Business Analyst will comprehensively evaluate the organization's structure and workflows, focusing on how processes and systems integrate with technology. This position entails assessing the current business model, identifying customer and stakeholder needs, and defining optimized future business solutions. The role involves extensive research, data collection, and synthesis to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives while fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the team towards achieving project goals.
- Make critical decisions impacting the team and collaborate with multiple teams on key organizational choices.
- Provide problem-solving solutions within the team and across different teams.
- Serve as a liaison facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders for clear understanding and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and performance data.
- Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SAP Intelligent Asset Management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Proficient in gathering and synthesizing diverse information sources to support business decision-making.
- Skilled in designing and documenting business processes and system requirements clearly.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 7.5 years' experience focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Educational qualification of at least 15 years of full-time education.
