Business Analyst

About the Role

Premier Holding is looking for a meticulous Business Analyst who will assess current business workflows, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and facilitate choices backed by data insights. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into meaningful and actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and articulate business needs into precise and comprehensive requirements.
• Conduct thorough research, map processes, and document workflows.
• Detect any system or operational inefficiencies and suggest viable improvements.
• Work closely with diverse teams to assist in the execution of projects.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for management audiences.
• Assess project results to verify they meet organizational objectives.
• Utilize different analytical tools to support data-driven decision processes.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a comparable position.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Demonstrate expertise in gathering and recording requirements effectively.
• Familiar with data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Show excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment with multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with process enhancement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong skills in creating engaging presentations and comprehensive reporting.
