Role Overview

As the Brand & Experiences Lead, you will be responsible for managing the complete brand experience, spanning event planning, social media initiatives, and executive representation. Your mission is to craft memorable and exclusive broker engagements and refined activations that transcend typical industry gatherings. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping how the cutting-edge field of AI insurance is perceived externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of events at industry conferences and proprietary programs, creating cohesive and impactful experiences that resonate with key distribution partners.
• Oversee company-wide content and social narrative strategies for executives, promoting a distinct brand voice and unified visual identity across digital platforms.
• Manage creative agencies and contractors across multiple disciplines to produce premium video content, websites, and broker-facing materials that surpass traditional competitors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years in brand management, experiential marketing, or field marketing within rapidly growing B2B sectors, fintech, or luxury hospitality industries, with a strong focus on detail and atmosphere.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing substantial budgets (six figures) and complex event logistics from concept through successful delivery.
• Proficient in AI-assisted tools such as Figma, with the ability to excel under fast-paced, deadline-driven conditions while adapting to shifting priorities.
