Role Overview

This is a unique designer position that blends creative expertise, design craftsmanship, and fluency in AI technologies to create an AI-enhanced design engine for Reejig. You will produce high-caliber brand experiences across all customer and prospect touchpoints, utilizing advanced tools such as Claude, Canva, Figma, and next-generation AI creative platforms to boost speed, scalability, and quality of deliverables. Collaborating within Reejig's global Production Studio, you will partner with marketing, customer success, product, and leadership teams to craft assets that reinforce Reejig's leadership in AI workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop premium brand assets for both digital and physical media channels.
• Conceptualize and design visuals that concretely represent ideas, campaigns, and narratives.
• Maintain and refine Reejig’s global branding standards to ensure consistency.
• Create diverse marketing and content materials including social media posts, LinkedIn carousels, sales and customer presentations, educational content, digital advertisements, event collateral, infographics, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, and virtual event content.
• Design website pages, landing pages, and other digital experiences in collaboration with marketing and product teams aimed at increasing user engagement and conversion rates.
• Build and sustain scalable visual systems and reusable templates across all web platforms.
• Implement AI-powered design workflows that enhance asset production speed, quality, and scalability by leveraging tools like Claude, Canva, and Figma.
• Continuously discover automation opportunities and contribute to establishing an AI-first global production studio.
• Translate concepts into compelling visual stories for campaigns, launches, events, and community initiatives.
• Experiment with innovative creative formats and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and strong creative perspectives.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Applicants from diverse origins are welcomed. Ideal candidates typically possess between 3 and 7 years of experience in brand, visual, creative, or digital design. However, outstanding graduates or early-career designers with exceptional portfolios demonstrating originality and execution will also be considered. The quality and creativity of your portfolio are more important than the length of your professional experience.
