About the Role
Join TalentPop App as a Brand Concierge focusing on e-commerce sales and order support. In this remote position, you will be pivotal in helping customers navigate their online purchases, recovering lost sales opportunities, and offering tailored assistance that fosters customer trust and loyalty for top e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with inquiries, orders, and post-purchase requests, prioritizing conversion rates and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies to maximize average order value.
- Support subscription recovery efforts, abandoned cart follow-ups, winback campaigns, and other sales-focused interactions to enhance customer retention.
- Handle order tracking, product returns, exchanges, and cancellations with an emphasis on retaining sales whenever possible.
- Deliver a concierge-level, personalized brand experience to every customer interaction.
- Maintain precise customer records and analyze trends to help refine sales approaches and improve the buying experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide feedback and enhance processes that increase conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in online or remote sales and customer service roles, especially within e-commerce.
- Demonstrated knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription winbacks, post-purchase support, or product bundling is required.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships and closing sales effectively.
- At least one year handling customer service through phone, email, or chat; e-commerce sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM software, or customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment.
Technical Prerequisites
- Access to a PC or laptop equipped with an Intel i5 processor or better.
- Reliable internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Quiet, professional home workspace suitable for conducting calls.
