This position entails working directly from the company’s affiliated partner banks to foster customer engagement and business growth. The role emphasizes leveraging leads sourced from bank employees and effectively converting these opportunities into finalized deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate from partner bank locations to connect with customers and manage lead generation.
• Collaborate directly with Relationship Managers from partner banks to close assigned leads.
• Regularly organize and deliver training sessions aimed at enhancing skills of bank personnel.
• Lead opportunities will be made available to the candidate.

Candidate Requirements

• Age bracket between 21 to 40 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.
• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Possession of a motorcycle/bike is required for commuting purposes.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi languages.
