Role Overview

The position demands complete management of the branch at Sri Raksh Souhard Credit Co-Operative Limited, focusing on fostering business expansion and operational efficiency. The selected individual will spearhead team motivation, ensuring the achievement of targets related to customer growth, deposits, loan disbursements, and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of branch operations and promote business development.
• Lead and inspire the branch workforce to meet and surpass business goals.
• Drive activities centered on acquiring customers, managing deposits and loans, and facilitating recoveries.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and relevant regulatory norms.
• Supervise branch profitability, daily workflow, and the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Maintain robust relationships with customers and effectively handle any disputes or escalations.
• Handle recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision of branch staff members.
• Act as the branch representative for business development initiatives and local community participation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation or Postgraduate qualification is essential, with a preference for an MBA degree.
• Experience spanning 5 to 10 years within Banking, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), or Cooperative Societies, including prior branch management.
• Demonstrated leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Well-versed in operations related to deposits, lending, recovery, and branch processes.
• Outstanding communication skills coupled with sound decision-making capabilities.

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Full-time role based onsite at the Bengaluru office.
• Salary Range: Monthly remuneration from 35,000 to 65,000 INR.
