Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Billing & Dispatch Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires generating accurate Accounts Receivable invoices through SAP Business One, along with managing and verifying dispatch documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate AR invoices using SAP Business One system.
- Verify customer purchase orders, rates, quantities, and GST information prior to dispatch.
- Handle dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans and packing lists.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, stores, and accounts departments to streamline processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Practical experience working with SAP Business One billing module is essential.
- Basic understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) codes, and commercial invoice standards.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail in tasks.
